He completed a degree in Private Law during his university studies. Then he moved into the profession of private detective, which he has been practicing since 2012.

Mr. DE VILLEBLANCHE also worked in the close protection sector for 6 years, in Southeast Asia (Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia).

With this experience, he speaks English fluently, and has numerous contacts around the world.

Mr. DE VILLEBLANCHE is also a graduate of the prestigious Private Research Institute (IFAR) and is a member of the CII (Council of International Investigators), an elite organization of international investigators, thanks to which Aquila Stratégie benefits from a global network of professional, reliable and efficient detectives.

He is Executive Director and Associate Director of Aquila Stratégie.

Born in 2003, Sarah DA SILVA embodies the new generation of private investigators trained according to the profession’s most demanding standards. After an initial journey enriched by two years of law studies at the University of Nice, she continued her training by joining the CQP then the bridge program, before obtaining the IFAR professional title in 2025. She officially joined Aquila Stratégie the same year as an associate manager.

Holding a B driving license and a three-wheel license, she operates in the Cannes – Nice – Monaco sector. Trilingual in French-Portuguese-English, and with an intermediate level in Italian and Spanish, she navigates with ease in a highly international environment.

Driven by great rigor and a keen sense of commitment, Sarah puts her skills at the service of the agency’s most sensitive missions.
She is an Investigation Director and Associate Director.
